This Purchase and License Agreement governs your purchase and use of research reports and intelligence services published by Troview Intelligence, 3839 McKinney Avenue, Suite 155, Dallas, TX 75204, United States. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.
Single User License (USD 3,800): Grants one named individual the right to access, read, and use the report for internal business purposes. The report may not be shared, copied, distributed, or reproduced in any form for or with any third party.
Corporate License (USD 5,600): Grants up to 10 named users within a single legal entity the right to access, read, and use the report for internal business purposes. The report may be shared internally within the licensed organisation but may not be distributed externally.
Enterprise License (USD 8,200): Grants unlimited users within a single legal entity the right to access, read, and use the report for internal business purposes, including integration of data into internal systems and models. Includes raw data export where available. May not be distributed externally or sublicensed.
Licensed content may be used for internal research, analysis, investment decision-making, and presentation to clients or investors in excerpt form with attribution to Troview Intelligence. Excerpts reproduced in client presentations or investor materials must not exceed 10% of the total report content and must include the attribution line: Source: Troview Intelligence, troviewintelligence.com.
You may not reproduce, republish, resell, sublicense, or distribute any Troview Intelligence report or intelligence service brief to any third party without prior written consent. You may not use Troview Intelligence content to create competing market research products.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a report has been delivered. If you have a concern about the content of a delivered report, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
